My complete interaction with Everpresent has been entirely professional and easy. From the initial conversation to receiving the final product was smooth and straightforward. Through periodic emails and occasional phone calls, I knew exactly what to expect while waiting for my 8mm video cassettes to be converted into a digital format and I felt comfortable that my tapes were being handled carefully.
