I was nervous about sending the film away but Everpresent did make sure to describe to me exactly what would happen. When my film arrived at Everpresent I got a call and was given the details of what it would take to digitize my film. I understood there was damage to my film from mold or mildew that needed to be addressed and that it would take 8 to 10 weeks to complete the project. I was glad I decided to use Everpresent because It would have been difficult to convert on my own, which was something I was considering. When I finally received the digitized films I was very happy with the outcome and am glad I chose to do it. Despite the film degradation, I thought the digitization worked very well. Every thing went exactly as planned from Start to Finish and I have told friends and family about my experience.
