This was a great service and I have nothing negative to say about it. I thought the pricing was reasonable and now I can share all of my family's old videos digitally. I had a family emergency and couldn't pick up the old tapes from the Burlington mall store for 5 weeks, and they were kept there for me when I was able to return. That was so helpful for me, so thank you!
