I had a 30 year old video cassette and it was transferred to both a DVD and thumb drive at my request. The quality was excellent. Everpresent kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way. I appreciated that the precious cassette was always in the custody of a person - no chance of getting lost in transit. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the process.
