EVERPRESENT was on top of their game from the start. Very professional & informative. Handing over fond family memories to an outside entity, was very unsettling. However, I was made to feel at ease, all was in good hands. As well as updated on its the statuses, as the conversion to CD's progressed. Well done, overall!!
