I found EverPresent to be highly professional and very communicative. I wasn't even sure the 1940's films of my parents' wedding day and my brother's first Christmas would even be viable, but I was reassured from the start that they most likely would be, as that is the era they deal with quite a bit. The end product was thrilling to view.
