Sent away five tapes to be transferred to digital but only 4 worked while the last one was in fast forward mode with no sound. Very difficult to find customer service as I left numerous messages and e-mails before reaching a live person. They said tape was corrupted and that was the best they could do. Why copy a corrupted tape with no sound and in fast forward mode and charge the client? Thought about asking for a refund but am so tired of their lack of responsiveness.
