I am so glad to have finally taken the time to bring my tapes to EverPresent; it was an amazingly smooth, streamlined process and I was never left to wonder what was happening or when things would be completed. From the very beginning, there was good and reliable communication between me and the technicians and other staff members, whether by phone or email. Their estimate for the time required was spot on, and I was able to deliver a very special Christmas present to family members. The results were wonderful and I was amazed at how good most of the tapes sounded when converted to mp3 files, considering they had been stored for 50- 60 years in a damp basement. I am happy to recommend them to anyone else looking to do something similar.
