I had a wonderful experience with EVERPRESENT. As a surprise anniversary gift, I had our 30 year old wedding VHS converted. EVERPRESENT kept in constant contact with me, informing me of the steps involved in the process. Personal phone calls from a real person - a rarity now-a-days. The conversion was ready a week early! Their website is easy to navigate and we are planning to convert more media and maintain our membership.
