EverPresent works with a local retailer, so I was able to hand my old tapes to a human being, instead of shipping them off and hoping for the best. Conversion to digital was done in a timely fashion, and I got e-mails updating me at each point in the process. They did a very good job converting our old family tapes, and I and my grown children are really enjoying watching them.
