While the end result of the project presented nicely, the following overshadowed the final presentation: policy of keeping customers in the dark as to the estimated completion date of the project, the unreasonable length of time to complete the project (one year), astronomical cost inconsistent with the level of supposedly ‘A-list’ services provided (18 hours, at $95/hr, rapidly escalated into a jaw-dropping 62 hours, at $95/hr; charging the customer for time to correct Ever Present's errors, charging for services not rendered (no proofing done; and only partial optimization completed). I would be hard pressed to recommend the services of Ever Present. It behooves the company to re-evaluate their policies and processes to avoid these pitfalls.
