I cannot tell you how much I loved the personalized service I received. By that, I mean if I had a question I could e-mail and receive a response within a few hours; at one point, I received a response in less than 10 minutes! They were also only a phone call away, which was my initial way of contacting them and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, pleasant, had a sense of humor, and explained the process thoroughly. The process? I love it! Bringing my precious VHS tapes to a storefront within 10 miles of my apartment was a breeze. The person there was also very pleasant. From the storefront, a driver for Everpresent came and picked up the tapes (they do pick-ups once a week, as a rule) and brought them back to their lab for processing. I loved this because I thought there was zero percent chance of loss in transit; that isn't something you can count on these days! 12 days later, I received a notification via e-mail that my digital files were available in their cloud! Astounding! I was expecting at least a three-week wait! One of the tapes was 30 YEARS OLD, the other tape was 37 YEARS OLD! Given the age of each, I truly was expecting there to be some issues with the digital copies. There was...but it was minimal and much less than I expected there to be, given that VHS tapes, as I was already aware, break down over time, causing damage when being "translated" from that format to digital. I was extremely impressed with, not only the employees, but with the company overall. Their desire to present their customers with the best quality that can be provided, be it customer service or the actual work done, was very obvious. If I ever need to have more work done, they will be the only ones I contact!
