I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of work. The agents are knowledgeable and walk you through the entire process with ease. I would highly recommend Ever-present for you video transfers. In one of the videos I saw and heard my dad and my younger brother, who had both passed away too early. So it was a complete surprise and joy when I watched the digital copy.
