What. Fabulous company to work with. Communication was amazing and their willingness to explain everything was awesome. I actually have received my first jump drive with 8 tapes and it is priceless. We sat and laughed as well as cried remembering the good times. I am now waiting for my next set of tapes which were my fathers. I am 70 years old and these tapes from my dad are from when I was a child. I cannot wait to see them as well as my brothers and sisters are excited. I have had nothing but A positive experience. The drop off in Collingswood NJ, a small town by me, to the pick up was simple. So happy I made that first call.
