I was very impressed with EVERPRESENT'S efficiency and step by step explanations on what to expect and how the process worked. The VHS tape I submitted for conversion was very old and a little damaged however I could not ask for anything more to see my family many who are deceased, in motion on the DVD. It brought joy to my heart and other family members who watched on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you my family is now EVERPRESENT.
