I've already expressed my discontent with your company twice. I went to Northboro to pick up my package & only my VCR tapes were in the box. I was sent an email during the week to pick up my USB stick. Went back to Northboro the following weekend, nothing there. I called your company & was told that you never sent an email to me & that you'd mail my USB plug to me before Thanksgiving so I could have it for my family. Well THAT didn't happen either! I received it the day AFTER Thanksgiving which didn't allow me to show it to family. I'm incredibly disappointed with your company, and the fact that I never received any apology or compensation for this totally botched delivery. Would NOT recommend your company to anyone.
