The safety of my original videos was perfect, the transfer to a thumb drive was perfect, and it was all done in a very quick time. My only issue was that they took the second payment from my bank account without notifying me first. Because they had my bank information from the first payment, they automatically took the second one. As it turned out, I was overdrawn with my bank because I needed a minute to move money into the appropriate account.
