I had a wonderful experience with EverPresent. Our family had home videos for decades that we had been meaning to transfer digitally. I eventually found this company and it felt like they had a very detail oriented process, while understanding the importance of these irreplaceable items. They were able to pick them up from a drop off point and update me on the status rather, than mailing these items. The app was easy to use and we were able to transfer, our now digital media, to thumb drives in order for us to all enjoy together. My only complaint was that there was some confusion as to where I had dropped off my items when I was communicating with the team, which concerned me. However, this issue was quickly rectified.
