Very good communication during the digitizing process--I always knew what stage my project was in. The quality of the scans were good and I am happy with them. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to easily rename and download my photos. I didn't use the app, so can't comment on that. A bit pricey, and there are a lot of "add-on" services that you can get, for a price, which I had to decline because I was already spending more than I wanted to. But they don't really do the hard-sell on the add-ons (I felt my decision to turn them down was respected.). I have a lot more photos that I need to get scanned but I think I need to shop around and try to find something more affordable for me. The only other negative is that they forgot to apply a discount that I had asked for, so I had to press a little to get that refunded, but they came through and gave it to me. It was a little less than I expected, but was at least something. If money wasn't an issue, I would definitely use their service again.
