EverPresent seamlessly revived some old family memories we didn't even know were captured. I sent in 4 old unlabeled Video8 tapes and EverPresent clearly communicated every step of the process so I was always informed about what was happening with my tapes. Seeing those digital files come in was so exciting and emotional. Generally, I have felt very skeptical of companies that digitize old media, but EverPresent didn't upsell me or make my media hard to access. It was an incredibly easy process and I'm so glad I sent the tapes in. Thank you!
