I enjoyed the service, practicality, follow-up and quality of the process.
My only qualm is that I called a few weeks back because i thought that not all the pictures I sent in were not actually digitized. I sent them in three separate badges (under the same task number) and I feel that one of them may have been lost or misplaced. I never got an answer back and I'm not sure how to proceed.
