I was pleased with the communication and service through out. I liked the finished product and that my items were not being mailed as mail seems less reliable. I was disappointed that I discussed that the item I was trasferring was my wedding video (which was under 1 hour) but the tape was longer and happened to have old TV shows and sports that were taped over. I paid extra to trasnfer all that undesired content, when a communication asking if it was wanted would have helped. Overall service was timely and good. I would use them again .
