Pleased with service and program overall. I wanted to have my wedding video digitized from VHS. It was about 1 hour long. I was disappointed that I was charged extra to digitize the entire 6 hr tape (which had old reruns on it and I did not realize). The service was so spot on I thought there should be a way contact me to see if I want to leave all. that out.
