Very good media transfers. Very good communication (maybe excessive!). Two complaints: 1. I was told the job would be finished and ready for pickup on Dec. 20. It was ready for pickup two weeks early. I felt like I was rushed to pick up the job, located at an inconvenient shop. 2. Instead of giving me a deadline to pick up the job before it was sent back to Everpresent, the message simply said I must pick it up 'soon'.
