My job was handled very professionally from the moment I dropped off my videocassettes till I was able to pick up the USB that contained the pictures with music. I was notified of the progress of the project every step of the way and took approximately one week to complete. I haven’t seen my pictures in entirety yet, but from what I have seen, it looks just like the video pictures.
