I took a precious audio tape of my daughters from 48 years ago and have not heard it since then. From the initial phone call to Everpresent right through to the end of the process, they were so attentive ...they explained everything so clearly, and contacted me constantly while they were going through the process of tranferring it to a USB Drive, letting me know how the results were looking. In the end, they wrapped my USB Drive in a beautiful box and when I played it I was shocked at how clear they managed to complete it - no hissing sounds, etc. What a treasure ... I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them wholeheartedly.
