I LOVED the work on the reels that I had Everpresent do. Looking through some others to have sent. I like that nothing goes through the mail, that was so important to me. The communcation could have been better, I had to call regarding if my reels were ready for pick up and then was told they would be on their way. But once I saw them it was worth the wait!
