The person I worked with, Kate, was fantastic. She made it easy, went above and beyond to empathetically help this (me) technically challenged old person. I was thrilled with the result of my project, it was done on time (and I had not left ENOUGH time); Kate proactively communicated with me, cheerfully, to keep me on schedule, and the cost ultimately was more reasonable than I expected. If I could just get me act together, I would do lots more projects. Bottom line: yes, I'm definitely satisfied and recommend the service.
