We had 2 small projects done by Everpresent and I was and am delighted with both. We have preserved our family history in MP4 format, a worldwide standard and easy to transport electronically. I am confident anything they handle will be cared for and they will do their best to provide a quality project. My advice: transfer old tapes to MP4, tapes deteriorate and the equipment to play them go obsolete.
