I had a great experience with Everpresent. I have to admit, I was very nervous about sending my very precious vhs tapes away, but Everpresent was very efficient and the process went along exactly as explained. The drop off/pick up location was at a nearby mall which was very convenient. I am thrilled to have my wonderful memories on a USB drive so that I can easily watch them.
