Very professional and knowledgeable representatives managed both my initial order and my follow-up order for more copies of a transfer of family films to DVD format. The copies were ready when promised and were much appreciated by family members who received the copies and me. My only disappointment was that the initial representative didn't fully explain the cost of my returning later for more copies of the DVD if it turned out I wanted more than the two copies in the initial run. As it turned out, I came back with a request for five more DVDs expecting to pay only $4 for each copy but wound up with a cost closer to $20 a copy. I was happy with the service, though, and would return and recommend the service to others, but I will be sure to confirm all costs in advance.
