The friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the options for conversion of old family films and VCRs to CD. The quality of the conversion was good but more expensive than I expected. I also paid more than I planned on when I returned for additional copies of the same CDs. I will use the company again and recommend them but be prepared for an expensive service.
