We have placed three orders to date. A customer rep always contacts us to confirm our order .We are notified when the project has been completed and when to pick it up. Our family memories have been converted from 16mmfilm and VHS tapes to digital tools. All original materials are returned. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and courteous. We recommend preserving your memories with this company!
