The reps were so pleasant to speak with anytime. Their responses to my emails were always clear. What they did for me was superb. I had 25 tapes from my old big and small camcorder and they copied all to USB beautifully. I am so grateful that they preserved all 30 plus years of our family we don’t want to forget. Some are no longer with us but watching the “shows” make it feel like they are still with us. I am forever grateful. It was a bday gift for my 38 year old son.
