I was told it would be 1-2 week turn around. After 2.5 weeks I called for an update. Received a call back that Friday at 5 that my order could be picked up on Monday, so essentially took > 3 weeks for my order. I know things get busy but a phone call or email would be appreciated. The code they gave me did not work for online viewing and I was almost locked out. I like supporting local business so will use them again but leave additional time for my order.
