Everpresent has satisfactorily digitized many of our old VHS and 8 mm tapes and 35 mm slides from the 1980's. These included a couple of VHS tapes made from my father's very old 8 mm film from the 1950's and 1960's. Finally, they converted a handful of my wife's moldy tapes from the late 1940's. One VHS tape of my in-laws 50th anniversary showed heavy static in the upper half but they successfully managed to make a good copy on a second try.
