The work I contracted you to do was very well done but my order took much longer to complete than promised. I was told it was a clerical error. The first deliverable to copy a dvd and a vhs tape was to be ready on 10/10 . It was finally completed on 11/4. If not for the assistance of Kate D at the main office, I'm not sure when it would have been finished. The actual quality of the work was very well done.
