I wasn't kept informed from beginning to end of the process. Never knew if they were working on it or shipped it or what. Then tried to charge an additional $10 to the shipping cost, at least reversed it. Should use a better system to keep customer informed. Coworker used Legacy Box, always emailed info updates - located in KY. I used Everpresent one state over & it took longer to process & receive. Sorry I can not recommend.
