Food is great but customer service and delivery: meh. First my shipment was delivered way to early (as in a week) so I did not expect it. My order got delivered at a pickup point at a whole different city (15 minute drive by car..) which was closed by the time I got home from work. Which means all the food can be thrown away. I contacted customer service twice since then (a week ago) and never got a reply. I would really like to keep continuing my every subscription but not if this is the way things work.
