Lizalyn was very helpful during my process of ordering the mugs for my upcoming event and the pricing was good. Delivery came in 1 day. I wish we'd be able to get a free sample to be sure it's what we want, but the item was what we expected and she was helpful in letting us know the specifications of the mug.
