Many accounts of people losing bitcoin due to fraud have been shared with me. I'd rather begin by saying that the companies in charge of bitcoin security have not offered any assistance in recovering lost or stolen coins. In my instance, someone who gained access to my emails via computer hacking stole 4.3 bitcoins. I got in touch with blockchain straight away, but they were inefficient. I then turned to other sources for assistance and was told to get in touch with a bitcoin expert, who assisted in finding and retrieving my bitcoins at a fee.
