Can you please explain why it has taken 5 days from when I placed my order and it still isn't despatched.? This service is awful it was better when it was £5 I have spent five times that for an awful service. You should advertise that it will take over a week to get your order so customers can make a decision. Never again Shein is quicker and that's coming from China.

Many accounts of people losing bitcoin due to fraud have been shared with me. I'd rather begin by saying that the companies in charge of bitcoin security have not offered any assistance in recovering lost or stolen coins. In my instance, someone who gained access to my emails via computer hacking stole 4.3 bitcoins. I got in touch with blockchain straight away, but they were inefficient. I then turned to other sources for assistance and was told to get in touch with a bitcoin expert, who assisted in finding and retrieving my bitcoins at a fee. I would have gladly paid extra after the task was completed. Thank goodness I got aid, and please get in touch with recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com.

Everything5pounds is no longer. Its now called Everything, and nothing is £5. Very disappointed, I used to shop online every now and then and buy lots of new stuff in one purchsse because it was so cheap. However the quality isnt good enough for them to compete with the likes of boohoo, PLT and even Select. Some things were a bit hit and miss, but at £5 it was worth the risk, some things were really great, especially the shoes! But now their prices have been multiplied by over 100% (I didnt spend much time looking at the new site so assume some things could be 400% to 500% increase in price) so I definitely wont be buying from here again.

I have been buying items from this website for quiet sometimes but from last year when you put some items in the basket during the night the next day if you want to pay you won't find in your basket not even another size even the page idisappears completely especial when it looks very beautiful if you dont have enough stock its good to alert customers so we know not to select that particular item or if some buyers are buying in bulk we have to be aware so we have to use other websites

STAY WELL AWAY!!! COMPANY SELLING POOR QUALITY GOODS, REFUSING TO REFUND!!! I bought a pair of wellies for my Mum who is a keen gardener as a going away present. She took them back home with her to the Caribbean. On first use the boots totally ripped and the soles came away from the upper part of the boots (it's a shame we can't share photos here). I wrote to E5P through their website explaining what happened and providing photos clearly showing the issues and obviously explained the boots couldn't be returned as I no longer has them here to return, they were with my Mum in the Caribbean who disposed of them. The customer service has been so shockingly poor. I received a reply from Liliana asking me to return the boots - she clearly hadn't read my email at all or reviewed the photos. I replied asking her to read my original email then respond. Which she did offering a refund for the boots only. When I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded also, she responded that because she was refunding the boots as a gesture of good will she could not refund the delivery charge. Uh, how can refunding the boots be a gesture of goodwill, the boots are completely ripped and fallen apart, it my statutory right to receive a refund in this instance - not a gesture of goodwill!!! So basically E5P are refusing to refund me fully for a faulty item they shipped to me and expect to keep my money for the postage. STAY WELL AWAY, ok until things go wrong. Very surprised and disappointed, not to mention the disappointment of my poor Mum. I will be raising this with my payment provider to have this fully resolved. I know it's not a huge amount but it's the principle of it and blatant rudeness from the agent Liliana. Order 0127144493 - Case #399663

My order arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Despite sending photos of the box which was open on one side, with toiletries missing from the package, and details of the items including the item codes and a copy of the despatch note, they have repeatedly asked for more information and are not prepared to help me. I have gone round in circles. Out of an order worth over £70, approximately £14 of items were lost in transit. And they will not resolve the issue for me.

I emailed customer service two weeks ago regarding a parcel which was due to delivered by courier service. Checked online to find out the courier had registered the parcel as 'being delivered' when it was in fact left on window by my front door and must have been stolen because I didn't receive the parcel. Courier advised to get refund and still waiting for reply to email.

I bought a lovely coat but the stud buttons have been attached on top of white paper which will not come off . I am stuck with a coat that has white paper sticking out of the buttons looks hideous. Had to put it into charity . It won’t let me attach the 2nd pic where I have tried to remove the paper but cannot.

They lied that dpd had tried to deliver twice. On Clearpay they are enforcing cash out my bank I don’t owe I paid never received goods. Now after my birthday in 60 days enforcing 47.09 then another 60 days same again it means they lie about refunds and try to remove cash repeatedly for items not sent they are charging me twice plus extras I’m Furious I’ve no way to stop it or get refunds I’ve reported it to action fraud too Do not buy they don’t send and they steal cash stating it’s between us and yours and until we receive it back we won’t refund you at all tracking is stuck and won’t deliver to them or me I rung dpd who said they never delivered as damaged hmmm Odd as e5p say twice they delivered had arguement with my neighbour which is a lie never happened They use to be a safe company now they steal and rob your account of cash

Let me start with the fact that I am a Ukrainian war refugee, and I left my country with a small bag having a dress, two sweaters, and shoes. Clearly, I am in need of some clothes, and because I have no money, the cheaper they are, the better. Hence, I decided to try my luck with Everything5Pounds. I placed an order on 24.08, and the next day I got an email saying that my order has been dispatched. But that was the last piece of good news. Since 25.08, there is no update on the delivery status whatsoever. When I enter the tracking number, all I see is "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". It is 07.09 now, almost two weeks since my order has been 'shipped', and the shipping company hasn't even received it. When I try to reach the support team, I have no replies. The ticket 2183444, which I created a week ago, has been ignored, so is the ticket 2190256. It seems to me that nobody was going to ship my order. They just took my money and pretend that I don't exist. Congratulation, Everything5Pounds, you just fooled a war refugee, you can be proud of yourself. Summing up: Shipping prices are extortionate (52 euro order cost 22 euro to ship to the country that provided me a refuge, which is Austria) Customer experience is zero. Nobody replied to my emails. If somebody from the company is reading this, do you want to provide any comments regarding my order GE2714358082GB?

Do not recommend buying from this website. I paid for 2 items the 27th of June (both of them with stock on the website) and a week later the 4th of July they notified me that they have cancelled one of the items that i already paid for. They do not want to refund me the item that i already paid for even tho i send them a screenshot of my bank account where it figures that i paid for both items. Costumer service do not give a satisfactory solution. I am very dissappointed with the service provided by this company. I wont even give one star, I have seen other reviews and the same thing had happened to other which makes me think they steal your money. I do not recommend at all.

Ordered 3 pairs of Jeans all size 16 only one pair (which were D/Perkins) fitted the other two pairs marked on the packaging UK 16 but were actually a size 12 & 14 so as not worth sending back I got a pair of Jeans that have actually cost me £21 !!! Because the postage which costs more with the more you buy !! Plus you have to pay postage for any returns so not worth returning !! It’s a shame because I have been ordering from them for years and had some lovely good quality items but unfortunately their standards have dropped !! I really feel they need up their game as they are now losing lots of regular customers !!!

Every pair of shoes I ordered came in were the size smaller checked to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and yes all of them were the wrong size even though it was there mistake I still had to pay to return them. Won't be ordering from them again.👎🏾
