Can you please explain why it has taken 5 days from when I placed my order and it still isn't despatched.?
This service is awful it was better when it was £5 I have spent five times that for an awful service.
You should advertise that it will take over a week to get your order so customers can make a decision.
Never again Shein is quicker and that's coming from China.
