We ordered for 6800CAD in merchandise. 10 000 units, which we got only 8000.
There was a mistake on the print which made the QR code unusable.
After 8 weeks of emails writing, they never adressed the issue and ignore our complaints. They are not taking any of it seriously.
They made money off our backs and we will NEVER buy from them again.
