Working with this company has been, without question, the worst business experience I've ever encountered. They completely botched the order, and the printing quality is abysmal—far below any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, key items that were supposed to be included in the order never even arrived. Despite these glaring failures, they refuse to send the missing parts and dismiss the subpar quality of the product by hiding behind their terms and conditions, claiming that discrepancies between samples and the final product are "acceptable." Their idea of rectifying the situation? A pathetic 10% discount on a future order—as if we would ever consider doing business with them again after this disaster. This level of incompetence, combined with a lack of accountability, is truly appalling. The company’s failure to address such fundamental issues speaks volumes about their disregard for customers. Worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with.

Our company ordered $12,000 worth of giveaways with Everything Branded. Unfortunately, they missed multiple deadlines, failed to communicate with us, and didn’t have any representatives available to update us on our order’s status. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues, including requesting a refund—which wasn’t possible due to the custom nature of the order—we had to chase them for months before finally scheduling a new delivery. The service was unprofessional and had a lack of accountability across all departments.

I ordered $5,000 worth of ice bags for wine bottles for resale. The rep quoted me a great price, which was odd because the photo he showed me was of IceBag, a product that can only be bought from the manufacturer in France--and which were MUCH more expensive (I'd checked). I asked if he was certain he was selling me THAT specific product. Yes, yes, I've sold 60,000 of them. Later, I asked again - can you please triple check that? Because quality is critical--my business name depends on these being good quality. Oh, oh, so no, it's not that exact bag, but it's great! I've sold 60,000 of them! Okay...can you send me a sample? He has two versions shipped to me from China. One (of the SAMPLES!) has a large hole in it. So I pick the other version. (Dumb me, dumb me.) They arrive on time - all good, except I start going through the 2,500 bags individually and at least 20% of them are flawed so badly I can't sell them. I report this - no response. So I sell what I can, and hear back from my vendors that at least 25% of THOSE are now failing (leaking). I report that. No response. Needless to say, I won't trust this company again.

I purchased 300 mini USB fans that attach to your cell phone. They were advertised to work on all phones. they did NOT! When I spoke with the company rep, I was told they would investigate and get back to me. They did not return with a solution, they ghosted me! No refund , no replacement, no solution. Purchase at your own risk.

worst service I have EVER experienced,,, attentive til the invoice is paid. Then POOR customer Service, ( NO return calls or answers to emails). If you don't follow them, you will NEVER get any issue resolved If you need an item for a specific event (mine was in 2019) this in NOT the company for you

POOR customer service. Bad product. I simply wasted money. I called them but they won't fix it. They gave me different excuses. Never using this company again. What is a company without good customer service? If you order from them and you have an issue with your order, forget getting any help from them. They will give you the run around. All they want is your money. Refund? Forget it. Returns? Don't think about it.

Would NOT Recommend. *Order System Failure *Delivery Date Failure *Printing Failure *Responding To Email Failure *Customer Service Failure *Positive Resolution Failure On May 11th I ordered 250 masks, custom printed that were to take a maximum of 21 days to arrive. The order system was messed up in some way and it took my money, but somehow no order was produced. The expected delivery date was June 2nd according to the account manager for this order. On June 14th I asked where they were. They said they will put a rush on them and I finally received them towards the end of June. I handed a bunch out to friends, family and employees. A few days after I handed them out one of my employees said, hey these are very crooked. I looked at them and they sure were crooked. They were nearly 3/4 of an inch to the right. This may not seem like a big deal, but a mask on your face has a great center point, your nose. It is very noticeable that the masks were crooked when on your face. I planned to sell them on my site, but could not with this major mistake. I contacted the same account manager on 7/2. After sending multiple pictures to prove they were all printed crooked, he said he would contact the supplier (supplier is a Chinese company who prints and ships them to the states). On 7/20 I again contacted him because he dropped the ball again and never got back with me. I was offered a refund, but I needed to send the masks back (many of which I gave away the day I received them). He wanted me to count what was left and return them. At this point I was pretty frustrated and told him I would just live with my order. I had a very poor experience the entire way through this order. Nothing seemed to be right from the beginning. I would never recommend this company for the multiple failures along the way and a poor resolution in the end. I don't normally take the time to review things unless they are very poor or very great. This order fell into the very poor category and they seemed to have little worry about fixing the issue. I am just glad I didn't spend more on this order like some of the other bad reviews I have read. If this would have went well I would have spent many thousands with them over the next few years.

Customer service is amazing and they are always prepared to help and make sure you are satisfied with your orders! Very fast and diligent with their service! Would recommend!

We ordered 10,000 branded mugs on January 15, 2020 for a conference starting on April 15. The mugs were NOT delivered till the end of May and nearly all the mugs had our message applied crooked. UNBELIEVABLE! They offered a refund of $2,900 out of a $25,000 order instead of offering a full refund claiming the message was within the 5mm allowance. READ THE FINE PRINT. FYI: The job was outsourced to China. I will NEVER use them again! You shouldn't either!

We have ordered sanitizer which they guaranteed was in stock and available. This was ordered for front-line first responders. After 6 phone calls two months later, still no product. We have called and was told it "shipped" but no tracking info is available. $2,700 lost.

Their website said I could get a small plastic zip bag sample for $0.15. I explained that I wanted the bag to show our ladies at our church. We needed the bags for our kids to make Blessing Bags for the homeless. I was told I would have to pay for shipping. I said that was fine and gave them my UPS account number. They charged me a $150.00 to ship me a bag that weighed less than an ounce! Said it was shipped from China. Dishonest company!

Everything Branded has completely failed to deliver. We placed a $5,000 order with them and the materials were delivered with the logo printed backward. We gave them an opportunity to re-print the order - and they delivered the 2nd order with the logo printed backward! We missed the marketing opportunity completely... and Everything Branded will not refund the money. They have not responded to our last inquiry - it's time to take legal action, and to warn all that their brand is not to be trusted.

Please don't get scammed by Everything Branded. October 2019, I entered an agreement with this company that they would make patches with my logo and I would receive them before my event November 9th. They assured me that I would have the patches before the event. Of course that was a lie. I spoke with "manage" after "manager" (who all sounded very similar) to no avail. I just got robbed. Unfortunately I didn't see all the negative reviews on this page before I engaged with this company. At all cost, avoid this scam!

Scam company. They will take your money. Their samples are garbage products nothing like the photos. Eye masks that fit no one, suffocate them and Velcro that yanks your hair out. Customer service sucks. Money takes 30 days to come back to your account! Small businesses need not apply.

Do not trust this company with your business if you are on a deadline and expect professionalism and prompt communication. I placed an order that I needed by 10/2/2019 after confirming several times with an Everything Branded representative both over the phone and via email that the deadline could be met. Never received a shipping confirmation or any further communication from them after I paid their invoice of almost $700. Also never received the package until over a week later! I was 80% sure I had been scammed as I waited for over a week. I called the guy I ordered from and he said there was a holiday in China and of course blamed everything on the Chinese without taking any real responsibility. Then, I gave the company negative reviews on all of the sites I had been asked to review them on when I'd placed my order. Only after leaving negative reviews did I seem to actually get anywhere with the company. Key words being "seem to." A customer service rep. called me and said he would give me a discount, but only after my products arrived. At this time, I had no idea when they would arrive, but I was a little less certain that I had been scammed. The products arrived and appeared at first inspection to be in good condition, but the problem remained that I had ordered them based on assurances that they would be here by the date I needed them because they were for a festival that was already over by the time they arrived. Now the customer service rep will not return my calls and, as I said above, is perpetually away from his desk or out of the office. So yeah, if you don't care about getting your product on time or the company actually doing what they say they will, by all means, order away.

A major issue with my order, my original salesperson Lakisha left the company shortly after taking my order. Kevin my new sales rep said they would take care of it, but he changed his tune the next day when I followed up with him. If you use this company make absolutely sure you have everything in writing. Also, check your samples to make sure they sent you exactly what you think you are ordering. They seem to have very high turnover within the company. My best advice, choose another vendor. Too many out there to use a company that doesn't stand behind their mistake.

Very disappointed in the lack of… Very disappointed in the lack of communication when things go wrong. I ordered safety vests with a logo to the cost of $900. They arrived and the logo was completely the wrong color rendering the vests unusable. We have various products with the same logo and all previous supply’s were correct. They order from China so maybe this was all lost in translation? Also received the invoice from the Chinese warehouse for $400 - nice profit margin team! Your attempt to make this right has been very disappointing, I am still waiting for my return phone calls and reply to emails.. come on Josh, I expected so much better :(

I ordered an item that was discontinued and they still held on to my money for two months and pending still. They keep giving me the run around telling me they will have their financial department contact me, or that a manager will contact me, no contact.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The visual that I approved looked NOTHING like what I received. When I called to ask for the issue to be fixed or my money refunded, they avoided the situation. When I finally got someone on the phone after 11 days of them avoiding me, they told me there was nothing that they could do and my money would not be refunded nor would I be receiving a replacement product because "they could not guarantee the color." If they could not guarantee the correct color of a product, why are they having customers "approve a visual" of a product that they THINK they are getting only to receive the product and see that it looks NOTHING like what they sent in the visual. They use different factories and they are not able to see the product before it's produces & shipped out to customers. With their lack of customer service skills, not caring if the product is correct or not (they only care when they receive your credit card information), and then not correcting the problem when they know they messed up....I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRAND/COMPANY!!
