Ordered hats for a huge company event. Was promised that I would receive them prior to the end of March. They provided a tracking number for weeks that does not actually track anything until the package is in route to you. By April the package had still not been received. The communication was poor, the tracking was a joke, and the hats were too small for men to wear. Terrible experience.

We placed an order on October 1st for swag for an Elemetnary school fundraising event. Our event was taking place on November 11th. We were ensured by the sales rep, Kelvin Soberano that the product would arrive on time. We were then told that the promotional items were coming from overseas and would not arrive on time. When I tried reaching out to Keven via email and phone, I received no response. We finally received the our order on Wednesday, December 10th. It had in fact been delivered to the wrong building the week before, due to the company also putting in the wrong address. After several back on forths with their general customer service team about the quality of service and the estremely late arrive of the promotional items the company said they would offer us a $200 credit to use with them. We will never order from this company again and I advice any schools or non-profits to do the same.

I have never written a review before but this company deserves to be written about. We hosted our very first Oktoberfest this year and were very excited. I ordered 75 biersteins from Everything Branded. the ordering process was already a little bit funny because I was dealing with someone named "Twister" and received 4 different prices for the exact same item and it took multiple emails and calls to actually get a proper price quote. So I went ahead and ordered - event was on Oct 4th, I ordered at the end of August as I know Oktoberfest is a big event. A couple of weeks went by after I paid with no update even though they said 10 days to ship so I reached out. No response. I kept calling and emailing but kept getting the run around. So now it's middle of September and I am getting nervous. I email and let them know I want to cancel and that I have found another company who can fulfill my order. Immediate response - no no, we will fix it. We were out of stock but will figure it out, there is plenty of time. So I waited. No response. Again, I call, email - nothing. We ended up hosting the event without the product we ordered and I have not heard back from them. I contacted Visa and thankfully was given a full refund but this is absolutely unacceptable in my eyes. I have never experienced anything like this and given the volume of 5 star reviews, I can't help but wonder what on earth happened? In any case, don't risk it.

I ordered what was marketed as “Big Doggie Bandanas” from EverythingBranded.ca, which presented itself as a Canadian company. In reality, the product was manufactured and shipped from China. What arrived was an absolute joke – these “big” bandanas wouldn’t even fit a chihuahua, let alone a large breed dog. The problem lies in their deceptive marketing. Dimensions were advertised in inches, but the actual product was sized in centimetres. A critical error that completely misrepresents the product. This is not a small oversight—it’s misleading advertising, plain and simple. To make matters worse, their customer service has been a nightmare. My graphic designer has gone back and forth with them through multiple emails requesting a refund of $314.37, yet they continue to dodge responsibility instead of owning up to their mistake. For anyone considering ordering from this company: BE WARNED. They are not transparent about where their products come from, their sizing is inaccurate and misleading, and they refuse to stand behind their products when issues arise. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and disappointment—look elsewhere.

We ordered for 6800CAD in merchandise. 10 000 units, which we got only 8000. There was a mistake on the print which made the QR code unusable. After 8 weeks of emails writing, they never adressed the issue and ignore our complaints. They are not taking any of it seriously. They made money off our backs and we will NEVER buy from them again.

Very poor service. One of their reps AJ promised me that the orders will be delivered by 4th of March to NYC but it was sent to Veags and that too by 11th of March. Very unprofessional team of people.

Horrible! Specifically told the sales rep that I would not place the order UNLESS he could guarantee me production and delivery date. He would not stop pestering me - calling me on work phone, cell phone and in email. He claimed he spoke with the warehouse and they could in fact fulfill the order immediately. The date came and went. I constantly had to try calling to actually get him back on the phone. The items did show up and did look nice but it was 3 months later. I even told them not to fulfill the order and they still went ahead and did despite my ask. The credit card company is trying to fight for me now.

Working with this company has been, without question, the worst business experience I've ever encountered. They completely botched the order, and the printing quality is abysmal—far below any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, key items that were supposed to be included in the order never even arrived. Despite these glaring failures, they refuse to send the missing parts and dismiss the subpar quality of the product by hiding behind their terms and conditions, claiming that discrepancies between samples and the final product are "acceptable." Their idea of rectifying the situation? A pathetic 10% discount on a future order—as if we would ever consider doing business with them again after this disaster. This level of incompetence, combined with a lack of accountability, is truly appalling. The company’s failure to address such fundamental issues speaks volumes about their disregard for customers. Worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with.

Our company ordered $12,000 worth of giveaways with Everything Branded. Unfortunately, they missed multiple deadlines, failed to communicate with us, and didn’t have any representatives available to update us on our order’s status. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues, including requesting a refund—which wasn’t possible due to the custom nature of the order—we had to chase them for months before finally scheduling a new delivery. The service was unprofessional and had a lack of accountability across all departments.

I ordered $5,000 worth of ice bags for wine bottles for resale. The rep quoted me a great price, which was odd because the photo he showed me was of IceBag, a product that can only be bought from the manufacturer in France--and which were MUCH more expensive (I'd checked). I asked if he was certain he was selling me THAT specific product. Yes, yes, I've sold 60,000 of them. Later, I asked again - can you please triple check that? Because quality is critical--my business name depends on these being good quality. Oh, oh, so no, it's not that exact bag, but it's great! I've sold 60,000 of them! Okay...can you send me a sample? He has two versions shipped to me from China. One (of the SAMPLES!) has a large hole in it. So I pick the other version. (Dumb me, dumb me.) They arrive on time - all good, except I start going through the 2,500 bags individually and at least 20% of them are flawed so badly I can't sell them. I report this - no response. So I sell what I can, and hear back from my vendors that at least 25% of THOSE are now failing (leaking). I report that. No response. Needless to say, I won't trust this company again.

I purchased 300 mini USB fans that attach to your cell phone. They were advertised to work on all phones. they did NOT! When I spoke with the company rep, I was told they would investigate and get back to me. They did not return with a solution, they ghosted me! No refund , no replacement, no solution. Purchase at your own risk.

worst service I have EVER experienced,,, attentive til the invoice is paid. Then POOR customer Service, ( NO return calls or answers to emails). If you don't follow them, you will NEVER get any issue resolved If you need an item for a specific event (mine was in 2019) this in NOT the company for you

POOR customer service. Bad product. I simply wasted money. I called them but they won't fix it. They gave me different excuses. Never using this company again. What is a company without good customer service? If you order from them and you have an issue with your order, forget getting any help from them. They will give you the run around. All they want is your money. Refund? Forget it. Returns? Don't think about it.
