“Ordered hats for a huge company event. Was promised that I would receive them prior to the end of March. They provided a tracking number for weeks that does not actually track anything until the package is in route to you. By April the package had still not been received. The communication was poor, the tracking was a joke, and the hats were too small for men to wear. Terrible experience.”

“Too much back and forth to try and get everything right. We had to point out design critiques that should have been obvious for a graphic design and branding company. Ordered navy blue and gray magnets and received violet and gray magnets. Company would not refund and only offered us a small discount to keep the incorrect magnets because the error was "within their color variance."”
