My experience with the company has been nothing but extremely frustrating. I ordered the Evivo probiotic product on a Thursday morning and was given a delivery date of Friday and tracking number. The date came and fedex showed it as not having been dropped off by the company. I called emailed customer service on Friday morning and never received a reply. I called that day too and was told by someone she would look into it and call me back. She never ever did. I now had to wait over a weekend to call back again on Monday all the while my son ran out of probiotic. On Monday I was told by the company that fedex forgot to come to the warehouse on Thursday and they don’t ship on Fridays. Really? The company doesn’t take their boxes to fedex if fedex doesn’t come? Instead I was blamed and told I should have ordered earlier in the week and not have waited so long. Really? That is the company’s response? When I asked whether the probiotic would have been kept frozen since Thursday since the package never was picked up, I was told that “it should have been”. But the person didn’t seem interested in looking into that when I expressed some concern since it must be kept frozen. Now I have to wait to see what arrives this week and when, hoping it isn’t room temperature on arrival. This is not what an experience should be when ordering a product that costs over $100 a month.
