I don't have a baby but I do have serious gut stuff (no colon and all around microbiome anarchy). Evivo works VERY well for me. Infantis is one strain that actually does something good. I don't take it with breast milk, I have tried it with artificial HMO formula to which I saw no difference in efficacy. It's good product...the real deal. Wish I had this when I was a baby, perhaps I'd be in a different situation today.
