My baby is breastfed, likes to eat every 2-3 hours, and is very gassy. The first night after giving this to him he slept 4.5 hours. It also seems like he is able to pass gas easier. The only negative I will say is that it does not smell that good, definitely not like my breast milk, but my child does not seem to mind.
