Ordered an item that was faulty when it arrived. Took over a month to get the replacement part. That replacement part then became faulty again several weeks later, and now Evolved Chargers are insisting I pay for the replacement part, even though it was faulty! Customer service is shockingly bad - you need to chase up every email for a response.
